These terms govern your use of cybersecuritypentest.com. They are general website terms — a separate, signed scope of work and rules-of-engagement document governs every actual penetration testing engagement and takes precedence over this page for that engagement.

Website Use

Content on this site is provided for general information about our services. It does not constitute a security guarantee, and nothing on this site should be relied on as a substitute for a formal, scoped engagement and its written report.

No Testing Without Authorization

We only perform testing against systems for which we have received explicit, written authorization from a party legally entitled to grant it. Submitting a contact form is not, by itself, authorization to test anything.

Engagement Terms

Every paid engagement is governed by a separate signed agreement covering scope, rules of engagement, fees, confidentiality (NDA), liability, and deliverables. Nothing on this website amends or overrides that agreement.

Intellectual Property

The content, design, and branding of this website belong to Cybersecurity Pentest. Report templates and methodology documentation shared during an engagement remain our intellectual property, licensed to the client for their internal use.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with this website is limited to direct damages, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Liability for an actual testing engagement is governed by that engagement's signed agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
